Information about Paradise Island in Treasure Island

Paradise Island  of course this is my favorite place in Treasure Island Florida. 
I live in Paradise Island, so yes, it is the best most beautiful subdivision we have in Treasure Island. Every time I tell someone (after all these years) where I live, I still get a kick out of my address.

I live in Paradise that is Paradise Island on Treasure Island. No, serious, can you possibly have a better address?

OK. Enough about the address. Paradise is a very unique subdivision. It has it all.

The voluntary home owners association on paradise Island is very active and they have lots of thing that the organize. For example (my favorite event) is the yearly Island yard sale. This is the one and only day here on Paradise Island when you can NOT sleep in. This nice and quite little neighborhood goes crazy on this one November day. People from all over the County are coming down, like 6 am,  to Paradise Island to shop at this huge yard sale. All I have to say is,"Please relax, we do not open till 8 am and believe me there is enough stuff for everybody. Anyway. . . .

From Central Ave you go west on Paradise Blvd, on the east side you find a few apartments and condos, followed by a nice subdivision of town homes (The Village) right after that we have the Paradise tower (yes, we use the word Paradise very often) next to the tower you have the Treasure Island public golf course and a recreation centre with lots of tennis courts and a ply ground. Than you can make another left turn and you are in a subdivision calls Costa Brava, (cute waterfront condos) the rest of the Island are single family homes, on and off the water. Paradise is a great family neighborhood (ok I only have a cat but still) I enjoy people actually walking their dogs, communicating on the streets, neighbors knowing each other, people on bike, kids playing ball etc. you get the picture. Paradise is very residential and we hardly ever see a tourist here.
It takes me 11 minutes to rollerblade to the beaches and the next Treasure Island neighborhood bar "Ricky T´s" (does not include the time I need to find my blades and  put them on) also I have a 10 minute drive (car of course) to my office and a 4 minute drive to the next Starbucks. My favorite seven eleven is about 5 minutes away. Also 5 minutes to Pasadena and 7 minutes to my beloved Tyrone shopping mall.  Prices for home, condos or townhomes here on Paradise Island start in the low $200,000 and go all the way up to a couple of millions. We have something for everybody and every price range.
